Mahdi Sadek, P.E. - Principal

Mr. Sadek has 27 years of professional engineering and management, duties included geotechnical exploration, structural analysis, material take-offs, estimating, design, and quality control for various residential, industrial, and construction projects. He has held positions as staff engineer, project manager and principal in a variety of engineering firms. His experience has been achieved through education and active hands-on experience from the exploration phase through the construction phase of many projects. As a geotechnical engineer, he works closely with architects and structural engineers to develop economic foundation alternatives for a wide range of projects. Managed projects providing recommended repair procedure for various commercial, industrial and residential clients, supervised construction on land development, investigated soil, concrete, and asphait work by contractors. Mr. Sedak is also a PTI professional member.

Jessica J. Harden, CEI

Miss Harden is the manager of our Environmental Department and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences with a concentration in Environmental Science. She has performed multiple environmental site assessments throughout the Phoenix and the suburban area. She is responsible for project management, environmental site assessments, report preparation, and technical review and employs her critical thinking skills and educational experience to broaden and enrich our Environmental Team capabilities.

Mike D' Agostino (Civil Designer)

Mr. D' Agostino achieves his experience in Civil Design from the design of a small residential single-family home to large commercial structures such as large malls, office buildings, industrial warehouses and large residential subdivisions. He has an extensive experience in hydrology an hydraulics, open channel flow, close conduits, grading and drainage and all related civil engineering/environmental disciplines. His background experience in auto-cad civil 2010 is exceptional. In his own words "In my opinion, a good civil designer is the one who listen to his client and transfer the client's thoughts into civil plans leading to successful civil design".

Sean Walrath (ACI – ATTI) Senior Field Technician

Mr. Walrath has over nine years of experience in construction material testing. He has performed testing on various construction materials including soils, asphalt , concrete, grout and aggregate in accordance with the latest ACI, ATT, ASTM and AASHTO testing methods. He has an extensive experience in special inspection on rebar, high strength bolts, epoxy, masonry and concrete structures.
