Mahdi Sadek, P.E. - President
Mr. Sadek has 24 years of professional engineering and management, duties included geotechnical exploration, structural analysis, material take-offs, estimating, design, and quality control for various residential, industrial, and construction projects. He has held positions as staff engineer, project manager and principal in a variety of engineering firms. His experience has been achieved through education and active hands-on experience from the exploration phase through the construction phase of many projects. As a geotechnical engineer, he works closely with architects and structural engineers to develop economic foundation alternatives for a wide range of projects. Managed projects providing recommended repair procedure for various commercial, industrial and residential clients, supervised construction on land development, investigated soil, concrete, and asphalt work by contractors. Mr. Sadek is also a PTI professional member.
Robert Koby, E.I.T.
Mr. Koby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University, in Ohio. His background experience in hydrology, open channel hydraulics, hydraulic structures, and related civil/environmental disciplines is outstanding. He is Skilled in computer modeling techniques, strong science and math fundamentals, and personal communication skills. Three years plus experience in Hydrology and Hydraulics. He has a strong AutoCAD background with proficiency in Autodesk Land Desktop (2002/LDD3 or higher) and his ability to produce construction drawings is remarkable. He has extensive experience with civil site layout, digital terrain modeling and volume calculations, and section and detail drawings. His ability to produce civil site drawings is extraordinary, and experience with architectural and structural drawings is a plus. Past duties included: Site investigation, construction inspection, construction materials sampling, land development, structural design, roadway alignment design, hydrology studies, both residential and commercial, hydraulic designs, from small to large scale projects, and prepared drainage reports, on projects of all different sizes and scopes.
Jessica J. Harden, CEI
Miss Harden is the manager of our Environmental Department and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences with a concentration in Environmental Science. She has performed multiple environmental site assessments throughout the Phoenix and the suburban area. She is responsible for project management, environmental site assessments, report preparation, and technical review and employs her critical thinking skills and educational experience to broaden and enrich our Environmental Team capabilities.
